Habarana

Journeying from Negombo to Habarana offers a picturesque drive through Sri Lanka’s lush landscapes. Departing the coastal town, travel northeast past vibrant villages and emerald rice paddies. The route weaves through scenic countryside and dense forests, leading to the heart of the Cultural Triangle. Habarana, known for its wildlife and ancient ruins, awaits with rich history and natural beauty.
Afternoon visit Pidurangala Rock. The view from Pidurangala Rock is breathtaking. Habarana

Climbing Sigiriya at 6am offers a tranquil and rewarding experience. The early morning ascent allows you to beat the crowds and enjoy the ancient rock fortress in peace. The cool temperatures make the climb more comfortable, and the sunrise casts a golden glow over the lush surroundings, providing stunning photo opportunities. As you ascend, you'll encounter the fascinating frescoes and the renowned Mirror Wall, with panoramic views from the summit. Afterwards visit hotel and enjoy your Breakfast.

Kandy

Day 5

Ella

The journey from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya winds through picturesque central Sri Lanka, renowned for its lush tea estates and misty hills. En route, a visit to a tea factory reveals the art of tea production, from plucking to processing. The road ascends through verdant landscapes, passing cascading waterfalls and quaint villages. The train ride from Nuwara Eliya to Ella is a mesmerizing journey through Sri Lanka's hill country. Udavalava

Visit a traditional village and have your Lunch there. Traditional lunches in Sri Lanka, often referred to as "rice and curry," are a culinary delight that reflects the island's rich cultural heritage. Typically served on a banana leaf or a plate, the meal centers around rice accompanied by an array of curries, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Curries may include spicy chicken, fish, or lentils (dhal), complemented by sides such as sambols (coconut-based condiments), pickles, and papadams (crispy flatbreads). Early in the morning visit to the Udavalave national park. Team leader will organize pack breakfast and check out early in the morning to the national park and your Safari jeep is waiting for you.
